If you are unable to connect to any of these services or apps, try following steps:

Check the system status page
Find out if a service is unavailable in your nation or region.


Make sure that your device is connected to the internet
Any web browser can be used to access any website. If nothing loads, try connecting to a website using a different device connected to the same network. Turn off and then on again your Wi-Fi router to reset it if no other devices can connect to the internet.


Contact your internet service provider for extra assistance if you are still unable to connect to your Wi-Fi network. Ask for assistance with Wi-Fi on your iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Apple TV, or Mac if just your first device is having trouble connecting to the internet.

Make sure that cellular data is enabled for the app you’re using if you access to the internet on your iPhone or iPad via cellular connection. To do this, launch the Settings application, select Cellular, and then toggle Cellular Data on.


Update your software
Update your Apple device’s software, including iOS, iPadOS, macOS, tvOS, and watchOS, to the most recent version. Then try connecting one again.


Check the date and time
On your device, double-check that the date and time are set appropriately for your time zone. Update the time and date if necessary, or enable the option to adjust the time and date automatically, if necessary.

On an iPad or iPhone: Open the Settings app. On the General screen, select Date & Time. Get additional assistance with time and date.

With a Mac: Click Date & Time after selecting General from System Settings. Alternatively, click System Preferences and select Date & Time.

Regarding Apple TV: Then select Date and Time under General in Settings.
